The McMaster-Carr washers arrived (Part #: 96765A175). They are nominally 0.062” in thickness. On three of the placements, the washers filled the space perfectly. On one, the Breeze bushing was about 1/32” too long so I filed it down to allow the washer to slip in place. The I.D. of the new washers is almost exactly the same as the F5 washers so the Breeze bushing will push against the washer as intended. I greased the arms using the Zerk fittings and a grease gun. The rubber bushing ‘caps’ were pushed out a bit from the grease pressure but may be snugged in a bit when I do the final torquing.
